Piston stroke options available up to 1.000 mm. Hydraulic slowdown (braking) on opening/closing (optional). It is possible that even two actuators can be fitted on to one single gate by using the doubletank, oil-hydraulic motor-pump unit.

TECHNICAL NOTES

• An electric lock is always recommended with gate leaves wider than 2 m.
• MEC 700/80 VENTIL MOTOR PUMP is essential in operating a gate using MEC 800 Special
• The hydraulic motor-pump unit fitted with a P12 pump operates a gate at a speed that is twice as much as that of a P6 pump (recommended version). Speed varies according to the type of actuator MEC 800 SPECIAL used and gate inertia.
• Installations with two actuators on single-leaf gates (max 400 mm piston stroke) require that the double-tank oil-hydraulic motor-pump be used.
• The double-tank motor-pump unit is also required with 500 - 600 - 700 - 800 - 900 - 1.000 mm piston strokes.
• The reversible (non locking) oil-hydraulic motor-pump unit requires an electric lock on the gate.
• IMAGE CHART: Each code includes an oil-hydraulic motor-pump complete with joints, manual release knob and electric cable for power supply.

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment.

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 2pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
