The GULLIVER Sliding Gate Operator is engineered for frequent use on very heavy industrial gates, ensuring robust performance and reliability. Constructed with durable materials like metal gears and an aluminium base, the GULLIVER motor is resistant to mechanical wear and time wear, providing long-lasting operation.
For added security, the GULLIVER motor can be installed inside IRONBOX or IRONBOX/XS vandal-proof boxes, which protect all necessary and complementary electronic components. The operator includes a forced ventilation system that disperses heat generated during gate movement, reducing wear and extending motor life. The removable control unit simplifies maintenance, allowing for easy access and operations.
Equipped with a movement reading system using a magnetic or digital encoder, the GULLIVER ensures precise and safe automation. The control card detects obstacles and reverses the gate's direction if necessary, enhancing safety. Some models feature an electro-brake for additional safety, preventing heavy gates from continuing movement beyond end points.
The GULLIVER operates efficiently in various weather conditions, including snow and ice, thanks to magnetically operated limit switches. In case of power failure, the gate can be manually operated using a special key. With the DEAuser app, users can control the gate via smartphone, providing convenience and flexibility.
