The KMG-LITE force tester is the most widely used measuring device for determining the closing forces on power-operated and automatic doors, gates, and barriers. Ideal for installers and maintenance companies, it measures closing forces efficiently during servicing. This device is robust, self-explanatory, and easy to use.
The KMG-LITE force tester is an essential tool for evaluating and ensuring the safety of power-operated and automatic door and gate systems. This device fully complies with standardization requirements and practical needs, making it easy for installers and maintenance companies to measure and log closing forces during servicing.
The KMG-LITE force tester meets the standards set by EN 12453, EN 16005, the workplace regulation ASR A1.7, and DHF protocols TS011 and TS012. This compliance ensures that the safety of power-operated door and gate systems can be reliably evaluated and guaranteed.
The device is ready for measurement immediately upon being switched on. Force measurement starts automatically when a force of more than 20 N is applied. In just five seconds, the device displays the maximum force Fd, the time of force application Td over 150 N, and the final force Fe. The results can be easily reviewed on-site by pressing a key to display the measured values sequentially.
Measurement data can be recorded on the provided duplicating pad. For devices equipped with a wireless module, data visualization and documentation can be performed using the free KMG-LITE app, enhancing ease of use and accessibility.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. |
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognized 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so. |
